Farm Worker

Job description

General farm labor, including but not limited to:

Plant, irrigate, cultivate, and harvest crops. Maintain and service farm equipment and grain bin facility. Drive and control farm equipment including, but not limited to tractors, vehicles, lawn mowers, and weedeaters.

Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer. Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on Sundays.

Special Requirements

Due to the use of vehicles and heavy machinery, drug testing may be conducted post-hire at the employers expense and is not part of the interview process. All workers may be subject to mandatory testing if they have been involved in a reportable accident or upon reasonable suspicion that drug use is impacting job performance.
