Job description
Operating self-propelled equipment that reaps, harvests, threshes, swathes, or winnows crops
such as corn, wheat, milo; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment;
performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment and other tools;
transporting crops to elevators, silos, or other storage areas, and transporting equipment and
other tools used for harvesting from one field to another.
Special Requirements
Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid random drug testing in accordance with state law. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid upon-suspicion drug testing. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid post-accident drug testing. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated. Workers with a clean MVR and able to obtain an insurable driver's license may be requested to drive company vehicles. Eligible workers may be asked to drive other workers. No workers will be terminated for failure to obtain a drivers license.
