Job description
Workers will be required to drive tractors during sugarcane planting and harvesting, hooking and unhooking up farm implements from tractors, minor repair and maintenance to tractors and farm equipment, shovel work, shop work, keeping the shop and house yard mowed and free of debris, and any other general farm labor that may arise in the operation of a sugarcane farm. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Worker must follow all safety and work rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties required in this job description.
