Job description
Care and custody of 20 heads of equine breeding stock at horse breeding facility. Exercising and riding show horses. Manage pastures including rotations and water. Breaking foals to halter and tie. Manage farrier services. Manage mares and foals during foaling. The employer will transport its worker to/from the airport to transport semen. Schedule breedings, manage mares and foals during foaling. Schedule a radiology appointment with the vet. Cleaning tack. Procurement and distribution of feed and medication. Manage cattle herd for the owner when owner not present.
Special Requirements
12 months livestock experience.
