Grain Laborer

Job description

Workers will be required to perform farm labor duties including but not limited to: some tractor driving, walking fields, walking pipelines to check for leaks and punctures, weeding by hand and hoe, roguing out rice, helping laying irrigation pipe, fueling equipment, cleaning equipment, help put out fertilizer, planting, harvesting, clearing fields for next years planting, shovel work, drainage, minor equipment repair and maintenance, cleaning shop area, keeping debris from fields, housing and office yards, etc. Drug test may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure the safety of the workers and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
