Job description
On farms, maintaining farm buildings, including mowing and weeding around buildings. Preparing farm buildings after weather and livestock damage including helping repair damaged walls, trusses and slats, repairing curtains, stalls/gating, feed tanks, feeders and feed lines. Tin sheeting walls, installing doors, caulking structures. Job requirements: involves working around live animals, strong smell of manure, must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for 75 yards. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage rate due to experience and/or merit.
Special Requirements
1 month of experience repairing curtains, stalls/gating, feed tanks, feeder and feed lines.
