Job description

Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, spray, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Must be willing to perform manual labor if requested.

List of equipment: Newer model Case IH tractors, spray rigs, Great Plains planters, Case IH excavator.

Crop List: Corn, Rice, and Soybeans

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers expense due to the liability of driving trucks on public roads. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
