Requerimientos
Se podría exigir a los trabajadores que se sometan a pruebas aleatorias de detección de drogas, tras un accidente o por sospecha, tras su contratación, sin costo alguno. Un resultado positivo o el incumplimiento de las pruebas podrían resultar en el despido inmediato del trabajador. Es importante para el empleador que los empleados se mantengan libres de drogas mientras trabajan y operan equipos agrícolas.
