Workers will perform manual labor to plant, cultivate, and harvest tomatos. Duties include harvesting tomatos by hand, placement the harvested tomatos into containers, and assisting with counting, handling, loading, and unloading harvested crops. Workers will perform field maintenance including removal plastic mulch, staking plants, tieing and stringing tomato plants, rasking rows, and maintain clean and organic field areas. Workers may perform additional general farm labor including loading and unloading agricultural materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with general farm upkeeping. All work will be performed outdoor under varying climate conditions. Workers must able to stand, walk, bend, schiop, kneel, and perform repetitive movements for extended period of time. Workers must to able to lift and carry up hasta 52 pounds. Los trabajadores realizarán labores agrícolas manuales relacionadas con la siembra, cultivo y cosecha de tomates. Las tareas incluyen cosechar tomates a mano, colocarlos en contenedores y ayudar a contar, manipular, cargar y descargar el producto cosechado. Los trabajadores realizarán mantenimiento del campo incluyendo retirar plástico, colocar estacas, atar y colocar cuerdas a las plantas de tomate, rastrillar las hileras y mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas. También podrán realizar trabajos agrícolas generales como cargar y descargar materiales agrícolas, limpiar áreas de trabajo y ayudar con el mantenimiento general de la granja. Todo el trabajo se realizará al aire libre bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas. Los trabajadores deben poder estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, inclinarse y realizar movimientos repetitivos por períodos prolongados. Deben poder levantar y cargar hasta 52 libras.
