Workers will perform manual agricultural labor related to the planning, cultivation, and harvesting of tomatos. Duties include harvesting tomatos by hand, counting and handling harvested produc, and loading and unloading tomatos in the field as directed by the employer. Workers will perform routine field tasks including removal plastic mulch, stage and tting plants, stringing rows, rasking, and maintain clean and organic work areas around the farm and buildings. Workers can also help with general farm labor such as field maintenance, campsanitary, and handling agricultural materials. All tasks are routine in nature and performed under the direct supervision of the employer. Work will be performed outdoor under varying climate conditions including heat and humidity. Workers must able to perform physical demand tasks including standing, walking, bending, schioping, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. El trabajo se realizará al aire libre bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas incluyendo calor y humedad. Los trabajadores deberán poder realizar tareas extremadamente exigentes como estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, inclinarse y levantar hasta 52 libras de manera regular.
