We need seasonal help to seed, spray and harvest winter wheat, spring wheat, durum, canola, corn and sunflowers. After harvest is complete will haul commodities from field to grain bins or elevators. Also required to do maintenance of equipment and farm grounds, including building maintenance. Employer may pay performance based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion.
Requerimientos
Post-hire drug testing, random drug test and criminal background checks are conducted at employers expense. Require a regular drivers license and 3 months experience. We require drug testing to ensure a drug free workplace. Background checks will be conducted, and no employee will be hired with a violent criminal background history to ensure the safety of family and employees. This is a requirement for all domestic and foreign workers. Failure of a drug test will result in termination.
