Position will drive tractors and operate farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest crops as well as be able to perform mechanical repair and maintenance. Irrigating includes laying poly pipe, positioning and maintaining well motors and pivots. Employee may also be required to bush hog and mow to control grass. Employee may also be required to bush hog and mow to control grass, load, unload and maintain grain bins. 3 months experience is required. Position requires basic literacy, reading, and math skills. Applicant will operate farm vehicles on public roads and must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 30 days after hire. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
