Position requires manual farm labor, driving tractors and operating farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest crops as well as driving semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Position will perform mechanical repair, maintenance, manual labor, and keeping the yards an grounds around the farm. 3 months experience and basic literacy, reading, and math skills required. Position will operate farm vehicles on public roads and must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 30 days after hire. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
