Duties may include tending to farm & ranch animals, plant & harvest crops, repair farm structures & fences, clean & maintain animal housing areas & grounds. May operate motorized vehicles to feed animals. Involves, bending, stooping, lifting, stretching and repetative movements. Must be able lift 50 lbs often, work in extreme weather conditions. Will workon average 55 hours per week. Possiblity of bonuses, 3-4 per year, and performance based raises. Must pass employer paid post hire drug test and background check. Vehicle provided for work and personal use. May deduct for meals up to $13.17 per day max.
