Prepare fields for crops, spray, plant, fertilize, water, weed, maintain irrigation to water crops, harvest, load and transport crops to trucks, seed for next crop. Install wildlife netting to prevent destruction. Cutting, tethering, racking, bailing hay, loading and storing hay in barns. Bushhogging fields, maintain fences, barns and outdoor buildings. Perform a variety of duties such as lubricating and repairing farm machinery. Working in extreme weather heat or cold for long hours a day during peak season.
Requerimientos
Lifting requirements of 10 lbs to 80 lbs. Workers will be trained for a period of two (2) days ; (16 hours) after which workers will be expected to perform job required.
Workers may be subject to random drug test at employer's expense. However, all testing would occur after the worker begins his/her employment and is not a part of the interview process.
