Workers may be required to assist in several different farm tasks. Workers will be asked to assist in land preparation, which includes: driving tractors; rowing fields; and assisting in the seed of, harvesting of, and careing of rice and soybean crops. Workers will also be required to walk/ride the fields to check water levels. Workers will also work in crawfish fields by push small a crawfish boat and/or running a small motorized crawfish boat; emptying and bating traps for the next day; cleaning and prepared crawfish boats every day when fishing; loading and unloadks of crawfish that weight up to 45 pounds; and preparation the artificial or cut fish baiit every day for the next day (bat boxes may weight up to 75 lbs.).
