Job description
Use hand/power tools to maintain lawns, i.e. mowers, edgers, trimmers and blowers; dig holes using hand tools, with a max depth/width of 3 ft to install sprinkler systems and/or plant, lay sod & plant. Pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch. May operate motorized vehicles. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Work vehicle provided for work and personal use for necessities only (if available not a guarantee), gas covered by employer. Optional housing if available at $150 a month (subject to change based on local market/inflation). Work Shirts provided. Possibility of performance based raise, bonus, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Center, TX. 30 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Schedules may vary.
