Job description
On farms, workers will be carrying out the maintenance and upkeep of farm machinery and will operate machinery as needed. Workers will be expected to understand and operate payloaders, tractors, and row crop cultivators with GPS Guidance in the field. Driving trucks to haul feed and manure will also be expected. Employees will change oil and provide full routine service work to machinery. Workers will repair broken machinery by welding, diagnosing, and repairing lights, leaks, and tires on farm machinery. All work will be conducted on the farm owned/operated by the Employer.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs/75yds. Minimum three (3) months mechanic/welding experience required. Minimum three (3) months equipment repair/maintenance experience required.
