Job description
Plan and execute daily-weekly-monthly-annual plans for largemouth bass and
bluegill bream production.
Production pond management to include seining ponds, grading fish, cleaning vats, maintaining
area around pond, repair aeration system, manage alarm system to protect fish's oxygen health
and prepare fish for delivery.
Plan and execute largemouth bass and bluegill spawning and grow out.
This position requires living on the farm and occasionally working night shifts.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires
drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in
termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures.
Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime and taking
holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary
or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
