Job description
Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps, operate motorized crawfish boat, assist loading/unloading trucks, frequent stooping and lifting traps, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements; and working outside in inclement weather conditions.. The worker may be requested but not required to work more than 7 hours per day and/or the Sabbath depending upon the conditions at the worksite, weather, and maturity of the crop. All tools, equipment & supplies provided at no cost. Housing provided at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the United. States.
