Job description

Wash the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions. Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines. Vacuum to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces, and apply preservation solutions, abrasive compositions, or other compounds to surfaces for protection against spots and stains. Cleaning and removing any grease on engines or engine compartments. Reporting any damage to the supervising manager.
The Ocoee worksite is accessible by public transportation, the Orlando worksite is not. The Company will assist with finding suitable transportation if there is no reasonable bus or public transportation near the facility. Transportation is not free of charge. All H-2B workers will be eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, short & long term disability, accident, basic life insurance (company paid), and 401(k) if eligible. The company pays a significant portion of employee only for the medical plan. Holiday pay is available for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day with double pay if worked. Company will assist with locating housing and employees will pay the landlord directly. If the Company has to assist with deposits for housing, the Company will do payroll deductions if the employer pays deposits such as first & last month’s rent. Training will be offered in the first two weeks and up to thirty days.

Salary range: $14.55/hr. Piece-Rate is $2.00 per car per person. Saturday work may be available.

Production standards: Employees should complete 50-60 cars a day. Production is done in 5 stages with 2 individuals at each staging area (total of 10 employees on each lane) to ensure the work is done efficiently and with quality. Workers will be paid no less than $14.55 per hour. Overtime will be paid after 40 hours per week. The overtime rate is 1.5 times the regular rate of pay (weighted average for piece rate pay) Approximately: $21.83/hour but varies based on piece rate). Overtime hours vary. Workers will be paid WEEKLY by direct deposit or ADP pay card. Payday is on Friday of each week. The Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
