Job description

Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain the resort's facilities (indoor and outdoor) and ensure a safe and clean experience for resort’s guests and other visitors such as: set up cart with cleaning supplies. Clean and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas, and hallways using cleaning supplies and cloths. Wash shower walls
and tub, cleans toilets and stall walls. Wipe exposed pipes, cleans mirrors, sinks, and walls in all guest and public restrooms. Assist guests by replacing towels, soaps, and all other room amenities or addressing other services’ needs. Wash all hard floor areas by hand to remove dirt and soiled areas using dustpan and mop. Dust and polishes all furniture, fixtures, and wall
hangings. Strip guests’ beds of all linens and remake with fresh linens. Check rooms ‘closet for cleanliness, wiping closet door, handle and overhead shelves and restocking the guest room supplies (i.e. hangers, extra blankets, extra pillows). Vacuum rooms, public areas, and hallways. Check the rooms’ lights and remotes to ensure all are in working order. Collect and dispose of trash/waste/debris. Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting linen. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
