Ag Equipment Operator

Job description

Performs duties such as: drive and operate farm machinery to till, plant, cultivate, harvest and
store oilseed crops and silage. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor.
Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Perform a variety of
duties such as lubricating and repairing farm machinery. May be required to work in our pack
house, grading and packing. Drive to town to pick up supplies.

Crops: Corn; Milo; Soy Beans; Sweet Potatoes

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Driver's license required within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
