Job description
We have a row crop farm (corn, wheat, beans) which requires planting and harvesting of our crops in a short window of time. In the spring we prep our fields for planting, plant our crops in a timely fashion. The same goes for late summer and early fall harvest as soon as crops mature harvest needs to start taking place before harsh late fall, early winter sets in the mid west. Job duties will include: operating tractors, loading and unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops, drive farm trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools. Employees will need to complete all job duties related to the crop production season for these crops. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required.
Special Requirements
Must have a regular driver's license. Require 1 month farm experience.
