General Farm Worker

Job description

Drives and operates farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops and grains such as certified seed potatoes, wheat, soybeans,pinto and black beans. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed, and fertilize.
Routine maintenance will need to be done on equipment, buildings, and grounds.

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING. No Educational level required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, three months tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized monitors.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Speak, read, write and understand English language for record keeping and safety reasons.
