Job description
Help repair & maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Drive tractor, plow fields, planting & harvest rice crop/soybeans and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate crawfish boat; weigh & tag crawfish, wash & grade; assist loading crawfish trucks, repair traps as needed. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
