Job description

Workers will be required to drive large tractors disking, plowing fields, planting crops, driving grain trucks, irrigation duties, heaping ground getting ready to plant, pull a landplane, cleaning and minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, etc. and any general farm labor that may arise in running a multi-grain farm. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must abide by all work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
