Job description
Drive tractors and have a general knowledge of farming. Operate large precision farm equipment for irrigation, plowing, and harvesting crops. Perform mechanical repair and maintenance. Workers may receive salary increases and bonuses based on merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Must have driver's license. 3 months minimum experience with basic literacy reading and math skills required.
