Construction Worker

Job description

Assist with shoveling, raking, placement, moving, and dismantling signs, barricades, cones, and other construction site materials. Use construction materials such as concrete, grout, asphalt, and masonry to complete projects. Operate the use of construction tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes. Follow construction techniques and building codes. Read and interpret construction site blueprints, maps, and project specifications. Lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and stand or bend for extended periods. Interact and communicate daily with contractors, technicians, and project managers. Assist in observing and documenting construction project activities.
