Field Workers

Job description

Workers will harvest, pick, and box apples, strawberries, and blueberries for pickup by producers and wholesalers. The employer will provide all tools, equipment, and materials required to perform duties at no cost to workers.

Workers will also clean and prepare the fields for next season's growth of apples, strawberries, and blueberries.

Workers will work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (7.5hrs) with 1hr lunch and 2 (15-minute breaks)

Saturday (7:00 AM to 12:30 PM) (5 hrs. of work) with 2 (15-minute breaks)

Special Requirements

Workers must have one (1) month of experience working in agriculture fields and performing agriculture duties.

Workers will be required to walk, stand, stoop, and raise their arms over their heads to perform work duties in the fields.

Workers must also be willing to undergo drug screening at the worker's place of origin, paid for by the employer. Employer will provide all tools, equipment, and materials to perform work duties at no cost to workers.
