Job description

Operate and maintain tractors.
Hook up implements for tillage, planting, cutivation, spraying and harvesting vegetables.
Vegetables grown and harvested include lettuce, radish, peas, beans, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, summer squash, sweet potato, onion, tomato, pepper, eggplant, broccoli, turnip, sweet corn, garlic,.
Manage a field crew to complete tasks.
Perform repairs on the farm.

Crops include varieties of greens such as bok choy, napa cabbage, kale, lettuce mix, tatsoi, mizuna. Field manager plants seeds in trays, transplants into larger trays and cares for seedlings and transplants in our greenhouse until planted directly into the field.
