Job description
Workers will be operating equipment, including tractors and loader. Work tasks will include
spreading compost on fields by tonnage on acres. Tractor will be used for the spreader to
spread compost on field.
Equipment: Workers will be operating equipment, including tractors, spreaders and loader.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30
days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme
temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional
work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
