Job description
Corn, Soybeans, and other grain crops.
Perform duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to till, plant, cultivate, and harvest grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drills to tractors. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farmworkers.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within
30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers' expense due to the liability of driving heavy equipment and driving trucks on public roads. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment.
