Job description
While on our own property employees will do disking, vertical tillage and dozer and grader work. Employees will do hay swathing, bailing (round bales), raking hay, hauling hay. Help with tillage operating a R Series John Deer tractor. While on our own property and when custom harvesting, employees will be driving trucks to haul grain and transport equipment (wide loads). Operate combines to harvest crops. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
Special Requirements
Must have a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Employer may conduct post-hire random drug tests at the employer's expense to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
