Job description
Cultivating duties: Plant new seedlings where trees are missing or in new plantations. Remove weeds by hand around young trees and apply time-release fertilizer. Irrigate and protect young trees from pests as needed. As trees mature, prune lower branches. Pinestraw gathering: maintain rows free of fallen branches and debris. Workers will rake, bale, tie, grade, sort and stack bales manually
