Job description
herd cattle, check herd health, spray toxic weeds in pastures, maintain fences, assist with round-up and processing, vaccinations, general ranch labor, drive tractor. Assist with deer herd maintenance, fill feeders, check herd health, process and vaccinate, field dress animals. Exposure to extreme temp, repetitive movements, extensive pushing, pulling walking and frequent stooping Involves lifting and carrying of 50 lbs frequently
Special Requirements
Experience as livestock ranch work May be required to take post hire random drug and/or alcohol tests, at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. May be required to submit a post hire employer paid criminal background check. Failure to comply or felony convictions that the employer reasonably believes will impair safety of others on the worksite will result in immediate termination.
