Job description
We need qualified workers who are self-motivated and knowledgeable about the working of a farm. In the spring employees will need to do equipment prep for springs work, hauling grain, and spring field work including tilling fields, spreading manure and planting crops. Repair and maintain fences. The duties include driving truck, driving grain carts, digging fields, bale and stack hay, harvest barley, soybeans and corn, washing equipment and routine farm equipment maintenance. Must be able to communicate in English. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.
Special Requirements
Require a regular drivers license. Three months experience required.
