Job description
We farm 3000 acres of cotton and soybeans., We need seasonal workers to run newer John deer equipment with auto steer technology. Employees should have experience operating a CP690 cotton picker for fall harvest. Employees will operate tractors and other farm equipment to grow and harvest these crops. We need employees to complete general cleaning, washing and routine maintenance on equipment and farm buildings. During the busy fall harvest employees will be required to work long hours. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
Special Requirements
Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and require 3 months experience.
