Job description
We are CUSTOM HARVESTERS. This position primarily entails operating self-propelled farm equipment that reaps, harvests, threshes, swathes, or winnows crops (90% of the time); performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment, performing safety checks on equipment, maintaining and repairing equipment (8% of the time); transporting crops to elevators, silos, or other farmer designated storage areas, and transporting custom harvesting and other support equipment from one farm to another (2% of the time); record keeping, directing and monitoring work during harvesting, cleaning work areas and maintaining grounds (<1% of the time).
