Operating crawfish boat; running traps; collecting and sorting crawfish; purging, cleaning, washing crawfish; bagging and moving bags in and out of trailer; recording information and informing managers of progress; set up and operate irrigation; repair farm structures; clean work areas; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
