Job description
During the Spring/Summer/Fall season employees will help facilitate in the manufacturing and scheduled delivery of crop inputs and harvest of those crops. Assist with mixing and spreading of fertilizer and chemical products including but not limited to Anhydrous Ammonia on farm fields. Conduct and help manage inventory. Assist in general operations and also help operate the scale to weigh products and maintain proper conditioning of inventory. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and ag vehicles.
Special Requirements
Job requires extensive sitting, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer may conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires that workers have the ability to perform general agricultural operational duties. Require a regular driver's license or equivalent and 3 months experience.
