Job description
Employees will need to operate farm equipment including combines, silage cutters, tractors, baggers other farm equipment to harvest crops. Employees will need to haul harvested crops from fields to storage locations. Complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Complete general labor duties as related to farming/harvesting.
Special Requirements
Must have a regular driver's license or equivalent or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Job requires extensive sitting. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire drug testing at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
