Routine mowing with powered equipment to perform weekly trimming and raking or clean-up of leaves with blowers. Use of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge or brush trimmers to prune, and trim plants, trees, and shrubs. All shrubs and trees will be trimmed from the ground level. Trim or pick flowers and clean flower beds. Placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod. Installation of weed barriers. General landscape labor using landscape equipment for landscape installation and maintenance. Water lawns, trees, plants, using portable sprinkler systems. Follow planned landscaping ideas to determine where to lay sod, plant seeds, or plant flowers. May attach wires for new tree/ shrub support. May place and install decorative landscape rock. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 lbs. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment. No experience or education is required. On-the-job training is provided.

Special Requirements
Workers must be able to use eyesight for line of sight instructions. No drinking or drugs are allowed. Drug testing will be performed upon accident, incident or suspicion and will be at the expense of the employer. Failure or refusal of a drug test is grounds for immediate termination.
