Job description
General farm labor, including driving and operating farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Perform various duties such as lubricating and repairing farm machinery and driving grain trucks to transport crops to elevators or storage areas. Workers may receive salary increases and bonuses based on merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months farming experience required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30-90 days of hire.
