Job description
Work on resort maintaining the grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following: mow, trim, dig, water, mulch, and rake. Snow removal. Workers will also collect and remove litter/debris and provide upkeep to building and resort grounds.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to sit or stand for extended period of time. Must be able to bend, twist, reach, pull, push, operate hand or power tools or equipment. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, when required. Must be able to work outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
