Job description
Employees will harvest, machine pick, hand pick, count, load and unload Corn and Soybeans. Workers will prepare and also clean and maintain fields for Cotton and Peanut. They will be pulling weeds, raking, cleaning areas around the farm and buildings. Workers will also lay plastic, remove plastic and lay irrigation pipe. All these jobs will be done under extreme sunlight. Stooping, bending and heavy lifting will be required of the workers.

REPETITIVE MOVEMENTS
2 DAY TRAINING WITH EMPLOYER. The training period for all crop activities is 2 days starting with the first day of employment to acclimate the worker to the physical demands of farm work and to familiarize workers with the job specifications and to demonstrate proper harvest methods and other crop specific issues.
