Farm Worker

Job description

General farm labor, including, but not limited to:

Drive tractors, combines, and farm trucks, and perform minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment. Clean farm equipment, perform shovel work, and work fields that are planted. General farm labor that may arise from operating a grain farm will be required.

Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.

Special Requirements

Due to the use of vehicles and heavy machinery, drug testing may be conducted post-hire at the employers expense and is not part of the interview process. All workers may be subject to mandatory testing if they have been involved in a reportable accident or upon reasonable suspicion that drug use is impacting job performance.
