Job description

Employees will drive tractors and operate towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize such as corn and millet. All crops are raised for forage for the animals. They will cut, rake and bale the millet and hay for feed and relocate the bales to the farm. Deliveries of materials, supplies or crops to designated locations. Crops will be hauled to the farm for storage or to the local elevator. Minor maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, structures and grounds. Workers will help with the calving of the cattle herd and care of the animals. Employees must be able to work independently after being given instructions, must be self-motivated and be team player.

Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in housing unit, machinery or vehicles. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged.

No Educational level is required. Cattle experience is necessary as well as fence fixing.
Must have three months of tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized scale monitors for feeding cattle.
