Job description
General farm labor, including, but not limited to: Planting, irrigating, cultivating, and harvesting row crops. Drive farm machinery and attached implements for crops and perform mechanical maintenance on farm equipment. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
