Job description
Performance of agricultural labor in rice and soybean fields, including but not limited to, assisting in installing irrigation dams in rice levees; installation of polypipe for soybean irrigation; and other duties related to planting and harvesting of crops. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Must be able to obtain drivers license within 30 days of hire. Employer provides on the job training.
